Baltimore County's Parkville and Milford Mill go head to head for a trip to the Comcast Center as the winner takes the 3A North crown. Parkville is led by James Milton, Denzel Walker, Christian Collins, and Lakeem Duncan, and Milford Mill is led by Anthony "Nemo" Goode, Isiah McCray, Tevin Hanner, Demetrius Johnson and Jimmy Hamilton.

DeMatha and Gonzaga meet up in the WCAC final at American University. DeMatha is led by Victor Oladipo (Indiana), Jerian Grant (Notre Dame), Quinn Cook, and Mikael Hopkins, and Gonzga is led by Tyler Thornton (Duke), and Cedric Lindsey (Richmond).

Defending 2A champion City College and the reigning Baltimore City Champion Edmondson meet up in the 2A North Final. City is led by Nick Faust and Jordan Latham (Xavier).
